We have completed many projects throughout the duration of our business, but today we are excited to share with you the details of one of our recent endeavors in which we are developing a large commercial space right here in Utah. Working on a commercial project is incredibly rewarding as it allows a large number of individuals and businesses to benefit from the improvements.

the beginning
At the
beginning of this project, we purchased a building with the goal of
renovating it to become a multi-tenant commercial space. The building
was developed in 1998 and had a large interior space, with over 8000
square feet of potential for us to develop it into something amazing.
This building was located in the beautiful city of Logan, Utah. Although this city is tucked away from the larger cities, there is much to love about Logan making it an amazing place to purchase a real estate venture. Known for its beautiful outdoor recreation opportunities, we were extremely excited to manage a project in such an exciting location, especially knowing that our contribution was only adding value to the area.
Before we began our renovations the building held a lot of potential despite certain characteristics – initially, the building was painted a monotonous beige color that lacked personality. Although the building was kept in reasonable condition throughout the years, the lack of beauty had a large effect on the success of local businesses. With this aspect in mind, we knew that pursuing this renovation project would result in something amazing.
We had a wonderful experience renovating this building using Kroger development – this company has been established for over 130 years, and since then there are just under 3,000 Kroger grocery stores in 35 states. These shopping centers are continually growing to serve more and more local communities, so it was an amazing experience to partner with this business as we renovated our building.
On this same corner, there is also a store location for Smiths. Smiths is a food and drugstore offering top-quality foods at an affordable price. Smiths carries a Kroger brand of groceries and was founded here in Utah in 1911. This supermarket chain store now operates in the Northwest and Southwest of the United States, offering a useful commercial location for all shoppers in the area.
Additionally, in this building corner is the location for City Port Authority, a station for city buses, and a gas station. This convenient neighbor is perfect for driving in local traffic, as transportation is an important aspect of Utah culture. People traveling to this location to either utilize the bus station or to purchase gas will also be able to utilize the other commercial businesses at this location – even more after the renovation has improved the building space.
Following the renovations, this commercial building is perfect to accommodate for multiple tenants. Now, the building is functionally separated into two separate retail spaces on the ground floor, as well as four separated units for office space located on the second floor. This will allow for multiple businesses to utilize this newly remodeled space for their business ventures. The building shares parking spaces with Kroger, Sears, Port Authority and a gas station, and now it can drive even more business into the plaza.
Additionally, the building now appears significantly more aesthetically pleasing on the outside. Our team collaborated closely with designers and contractors to create layers of wooden textures and sleek, elegant signage along the outside of the building – we have completely transformed the appearance of the front, creating a stunning appearance from 400 North, a main highway offering access to Bear Lake in Utah that can be seen by thousands of passing cars every day. The local community benefits significantly from the beautiful renovations and can enjoy their shopping experience like never before.
